International Day of Peace / Candlelight Vigil
Submitted by ana on Wed, 09/10/2008 - 14:02.The Society for Chemical Weapons Victims Support, Tehran Peace Museum and the Municipality of Tehran are hosting a candlelit vigil to be held on the occasion of the International Day of Peace. The event will take place on 21st September 2008, at 7-8 p.m. by the Peace Monument in the City Park (Parke Shahr) of Tehran.
Consider holding a vigil in your community, or adding it to a peace day event you may already be having, to show solidarity with the peace movement in Iran.
