To be held at historic Ebenezer Baptist Church, 216 W Leigh St., Richmond, Virginia (23220). This forum will be an opportunity to learn about the issue of public housing redevelopment in Richmond from the perspectives of public housing residents, community organizations, and public officials. Sponsored by the partners of Re-PHRAME, including C-NEED, Richmond Jobs With Justice, Legal Aid Client Advisory Council, Legal Aid Justice Center, NAACP Richmond, and Virginia Organizing Project.

The Society for Chemical Weapons Victims Support, Tehran Peace Museum and the Municipality of Tehran are hosting a candlelit vigil to be held on the occasion of the International Day of Peace. The event will take place on 21st September 2008, at 7-8 p.m. by the Peace Monument in the City Park (Parke Shahr) of Tehran.
