This forum will be an opportunity to learn about the issue of public housing redevelopment in Richmond from the perspectives of public housing residents, community organizations, and public officials. The Society for Chemical Weapons Victims Support, Tehran Peace Museum and the Municipality of Tehran are hosting a candlelit vigil to be held on the occasion of the International Day of Peace. The event will take place on 21st September 2008, at 7-8 p.m. by the Peace Monument in the City Park (Parke Shahr) of Tehran.

Consider holding a vigil in your community, or adding it to a peace day event you may already be having, to show solidarity with the peace movement in Iran.
